Fairview Park Plaza Focuses on Growth with New Partnership
A new Ollie’s store to open in February 2026 highlights a new partnership between Fairview Park Plaza owner, Ipanema Management, and real estate services, Colliers.
“Colliers was brought in to help accelerate leasing activity and enhance the overall tenant mix. Their involvement reflects our investment in the center’s future and our commitment to bringing in new retailers and services that complement what is already there,” said owner Thiago Guerra, Ipanema Management.
According to materials from Colliers: “[Fairview Park Plaza] has the benefit of being anchored by Schnucks grocery store, with consistent foot traffic. The success is now exemplified by the recent lease signing of new Ollie’s Bargain Outlet. Additional tenants driving traffic to the site include Burke’s Outlet, Rent-A-Center, Firestone, Shoe Sensation, Maurices, Hibbett Sports, and Sonic Drive-In.”
The Plaza has 19 available units varying in sizes from 1,200 to 64,000 square feet. It is located on West Broadway across the street from City of Centralia’s Fairview Park and near the shopping district that includes Buchheit, Best Western Plus, Walmart, and various other retail and restaurant spaces.
“Our focus remains on stabilizing and growing the center with a strong mix of national and regional tenants. We are committed to making Fairview Park Plaza a long-term retail anchor for Centralia and the surrounding communities. The idea is to attract both local and national businesses to the Plaza,” said Guerra.
Ipanema Management purchased the Fairview Park Plaza, a 272,000 square foot shopping center, in 2021.
When asked about other improvements, Guerra answered, “We are also gathering bids to renovate the parking lot and the façade of the main building. Once we have firm pricing, we will evaluate the feasibility and move forward accordingly.”
