Augustine Property Management provides numerous housing opportunities in Centralia’s Deerwood Park.

Purchased by the Kansas City-based company roughly three years ago, Deerwood Park is host to over 100 homes, with availabilities open.

“We have about 12 to 14 homes that are open right now,” said Tim Robertson, District Property Manager with Augustine Property Management. “These are newly renovated homes, and they are available to rent or buy.”

Robertson, who oversees Deerwood Park, said Augustine Property Management is also offering limited-time deals on rentals and purchases during tax season.

Speaking on the company’s mission, Robertson said Augustine Property Management is to provide homeowners and renters with safe, affordable housing while maintaining a strong feeling of community within each of their locations.

“Our goal is making sure we’re providing affordable housing and making the idea of long-term housing attractive. We offer good quality homes in a safe environment and in a safe community,” Roberston said. “We give out a monthly newsletter and have events. I think that community feel goes a long way. Making sure we have those community standards and that we’re providing great customer service is big for us.”
