Hanson’s Lawn Care has made a name for itself by providing year-round service to the Greater Centralia Area.
Founded in 2018 by owner Weston Hanson and wife Christina Hanson, the business offers everything from mowing and trimming to lawn nutrition and seasonal cleanups.
“We are a full-service residential company. I want to be the one call for all of your property needs,” said Hanson, an Iowa native who relocated to Centralia in 2006. “We will do your spring cleanup, all of your lawn nutrition, and mow your grass at the proper height. We do shrub trimming, fall cleanups for leaves, and some snow removal and storm cleanup.”
Hanson’s extensive knowledge of lawn nutrition makes him a standout in full-service lawn care, as he can not only mow and trim a yard but improve the appearance of the grass and the health of the soil.
“Lawn nutrition makes your grass green, makes your grass grow, and can give your grass in places you want it,” said Hanson. “I saw really green grass one time out in a yard, and it made me want to start working on my yard because I wanted the same thing. I did a lot of research on it and a lot of reading and talking to people. I kind of became infatuated with it.”
Hanson’s primary service area is Centralia and the surrounding communities.
“I primarily work here in Centralia. I do make it over to Salem for a couple of yards, but I mostly stay around here,” Hanson explained. “I do work in Sandoval and Odin, as well as Hoffman, Hoyleton, and Irvington.”
Celebrating his 20th year as a member of the Centralia community this May, Hanson said he has enjoyed his time in the community and looks forward to continuing his lawn service here.
“I’ve really enjoyed living here and raising a family here, and I like what I do,” said Hanson. “I like everybody’s yard to look nice. I like it to look striped, green, thick, and healthy.
