Nashville Chiropractic is a prolific and dedicated member of its community, as it ensures the comfort and mobility of its patients while regularly donating to local causes and organizations.

Led by Dr. Jessica Stewart, Nashville Chiropractic offers chiropractic services and adjustments, first and foremost, in addition to multiple kinds of treatments and therapies.

“The main thing we do is chiropractic care, which is going to help take the nerve interference off the spine which causes those aches and pains,” said Dr. Stewart. “It’s going to help realign the spine and get it back into its proper motion. So, we do adjustments, and on top of that we will do therapies that can include muscle stem and rehab, which can include exercises similar to physical therapy.”

“We also have our new machine which is called the Soft Wave Machine,” Dr. Stewart continued. “That machine is our new and advanced treatment which we use for any kind of tendonitis or any kind of injury or arthritis pain in the shoulders, knees, hips. We can do it on the back as well.”

Stewart, an Ohio native who studied in Missouri and took over the clinic in 2024, said chiropractic adjustments are extremely beneficial whether patients are actively in pain or not.

“I like to compare chiropractic care to taking your car in for an oil change,” Stewart said. “If you don’t take your car in every 3,000 to 5,000 miles and get those tires realigned, you’re going to have more scuff on one tire compared to the others. It’s the same thing with the human body.”

In addition to serving the phsyical needs of the community and its surrounding areas, Dr. Stewart and her six-person team, which includes Dr. Kelly Stanfield, have made giving back a part of their daily operation.

Dr. Stewart said that when a need arises, the clinic will use the funds from all new patient visits and put them towards a dollar goal, which can be as high as $5,000, to then donate the funds to its chosen charity.”

“We are a part of any kind of give-back movements,” Dr. Stewart said. “If there is a charity out there that is in need of assistance, we will then donate our new patient fees, which are $40. We will raise whatever dollar amount we’re trying to reach, which is normally $5,000, and then donate it to that charity. I’m very happy that is something we do.”

Speaking on her time working and living in the Nashville area, Dr. Stewart said, “It’s been great. This is really a great community.”
