St. Clare Foundation Youth Behavioral Health Grants Now Open

The St. Clare Foundation is proud to formally open its 2026 Youth Behavioral Health Grant Application Window. This inaugural funding cycle represents a significant investment in systemic, collaborative solutions addressing youth and adolescent behavioral health across Southern Illinois.

As the Trusted Funder, Convener, and Catalyst, SCF is seeking partners ready to translate vision into measurable impact.

Grant Overview

This funding cycle is designed to strengthen the entire system of care through three strategic investment pathways:

Anchor Grants
Long-term, scalable investments that build sustainable infrastructure and regional coordination.

Innovation Grants
Pilot programs and emerging models testing new approaches to prevention, intervention, and access.

Mini-Grants
Targeted, high-impact funding for immediate needs such as training, tools, and capacity building.
