SERNITYPASS HOLISTIC HEALTH HOSTS RIBBON CUTTING

SERENITYPASS Holistic Health, in partnership with the Centralia Chamber of Commerce, hosting a ribbon cutting last Friday in honor of the clinic opening in its 605 N. Mine St. location in Sandoval exactly one year earlier.

Led by family nurse practitioner, herbalist and forensic nurse, Kelly Hall, FNP-C, SERINITYPASS offers a blend of holistic and alternative medicines not commonly found in our region. This includes ivisa-red technology, herbalism, nutritional counseling, message therapy, hypnotherapy, and more.

“Holistic medicine can take regular medicine venues and develop it into mind, body and spirit. I’m that mind, body and spirit person,” Hall said. “Maybe regular medicine isn’t for one of my patients and herbalism isn’t for another. Maybe they need a blend. I want to be that blend.”

An Odin native and military veteran who formerly worked in the healthcare system as a nurse practitioner, Hall said she discovered alternative medicines were her calling around the year 2000. She has since made it her mission to make her blend of services available to the region.

“I’m a primary practitioner that is also an herbalist and a forensic nurse,” Hall continued. “I want to provide all of that to our patients. They shouldn’t have to go 500 miles to get that service. It’s not fair.”

Hall also credited the clinic’s rising number of patients to her team, which includes a second family nurse practitioner, Shelby Guthrie, DNP, FNP-C; hypnotist, Toya Dee; pharmacist, Alicia Wuebbels, RPh; Jody Batty, LMT-Medical Massage Therapist; and Terra Shelton, medical records specialist.

“I’ve got a great team here,” said Hall. “We’ve just got a really good tribe. We’re a sisterhood here, more than anything. Our patients are our heart and I’m glad that we’ve landed here.”

Friday’s ribbon cutting was held at 4:00 PM, and was attended by the SERENITYPASS staff, as well as their family and relatives, local media, and members of the Chamber.
