From his teachings at Centralia High School, his work with the NAACP, his role with City Hope Church, and his efforts as a mentor to area youth, Isaac Wright, Jr. has more than shown up for his community.
In addition to his community support, Wright also helps families in our community as a licensed representative of Primerica Financial Services, a company that provides financial assistance to families while offering the necessary tools to create long-lasting resources.
In addition to his many local services, Wright is also a licensed representative of Primerica Financial Services, a company that provides financial assistance to families while offering the necessary tools to create long-lasting resources.
Wright indicated that following a series of discussions with fellow community members, he felt it was time to introduce Primerica’s offerings to his home community.
“The basic premise of the company is to teach families sound financial principles that will allow them to take care of their families for generations to come,” said Wright. “We were created to take care of two major problems: living too long or dying too soon. Everything that we do is to cover those two problems that most everyone faces when it comes to financing.”
“I didn’t think it would be right for me to be a Centralian and do this quietly. Especially when it can help so many people,” Wright continued. “I had helped people here and there, but lately I’d seen a lot of untimely financial situations or deaths in the family. I figured it was time for me to let people know there are avenues to help them prepare for things like the lass of an income or things of that nature.”
Wright, who became involved in Primerica during his time in college, noted that it could also be a potential opportunity for individuals interested in becoming a representative.
“This is twofold,” he said. “You can help people personally, in reference to becoming a licensed agent. But you could also help yourself by being able to put financial products in place to provide for you and your family for generations to come.”
Currently operating as a home-based business, Wright said he intends to open an office in in the near future, as the nearest Primerica outpost is presently located in St. Louis.
“The company is based out of Duluth, Georgia. The nearest offices are in St. Louis and Chicago,” explained Wright. “We don’t have an office anywhere near here, and this is information that the community needs.”
A proud Centralian, Wright is native of New Orleans who relocated to Texas following Hurricane Katrina. After seventeen years in the Longhorn State, Wright moved to the hometown of his wife and business partner, Christina Wright, with whom he owns the catering service, Simplysoul, LLC.
