The III Bar and Bistro at Castle Ridge celebrated the eve of its reopening the space with a private, tri-chamber event, featuring members of the Centralia, Salem, and Jefferson County chambers of commerce.
The event featured food and drinks catered by Castle Ridge and offered various door prizes for those who attended.
Greg Sutton of Castle Ridge thanked the chamber members in attendance for spending their evening at the now-open rooftop bar and bistro and announced the Rooftop Bar and Bistro would be open through the end of October and feature live music on Fridays and Saturdays.
