COMPLETE STORAGE OFFERS SECURE STORAGE TO REGION
Complete Storage has seen considerable growth as a young business.
With ten locations currently operational, and an eleventh expected to open in Salem next month, the budding storage business has made a name for itself by providing exceptional storage options in each community.
“At the Centralia location, specifically, we have outdoor storage that is gated and secured with cameras,” said Holly Shepherd, operations manager at Complete Storage. “We also have indoor, climate-controlled storage. We have 20 indoor units, and average about 70 outdoor units.”
Shepherd added that in addition to locked gates and security cameras, tenants can take comfort in knowing company personnel are on-site during the week.
“We try to provide a secure, clean space for people to store their belongings. One nice thing about our location, as opposed to some of the other locations in the area, we are manned here three days a week,” Shepherd explained.
The new Salem facility will house 90 climate-controlled indoor units, which Shepherd insisted would be a benefit to both Salem and Centralia.
“The Salem location is going to be big. We’re hoping that brings a lot to that community,” Shepherd advised, “Also, it can help this community too. Our climate-controlled units in Centralia stay full. So, with Salem not being far away, it could help with offering more climate-controlled storage.”
The Centralia location at 326 South Locust also includes a warehouse used for rental purposes, with two area businesses currently utilizing the space.
Founded in 2021 by Josh and Megan Harms of Carmi, Illinois, Complete Storage has seen considerable growth in a relatively short period of time.
“We have been in business a little over two years now,” said Shephard. “We are a family business. It all started out very simply with just one location. We expanded quite a bit over the last year-and-a-half, going from one or two locations to eleven. We opened the Centralia location in October of 2022.”
Those interested in renting space from Complete Storage’s Centralia location may do so in person, online, or by phone.
“People can come in during office hours and rent in-person. We also have a website called completestorages.com. A lot of rentals are done that way,” explained Shepherd. “They can also call during our extended business hours after this office closes. We have phone office hours extended until 5:00 PM.”
