The Central City Lions and Lioness Clubs are inviting the community to an outdoor evening of great food, cold beer, live music, and fun at the upcoming Fried Chicken & Beer Dance on Friday, June 20, 2026. The event will be held rain or shine under the Central City Lions Pavilion located in the Central City Park, 107 S. Morrison St., Central City, Illinois.

Guests will enjoy all-you-can-eat fried chicken served from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., along with all-you-can-drink beer throughout the evening. Live entertainment will be provided by John Koch & The One & Only Band from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Tickets are available for $20 per person if purchased before June 11 th and $25 per person after June 11th. Attendees must be 21 years of age or older to enter.

In addition to food and music, 50/50 tickets and side raffles will be available during the event.

Guests are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs, along with sides, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages. Water will be available on-site. Please note that no animals will be allowed at the event.

Proceeds from the event will help support the community service projects and charitable efforts of the Central City Lions and Lioness Clubs.
