Come get some crawfish!! We're boiling Saturday, April 6th for our Opening Weekend!!
Curt Marcello, Centralia friend, native to and raised in a little town in South Louisiana is at the pot, and he's the real deal. He boiled last year on opening weekend, and it was a blast! So we're doing it again.
He drives down to South Louisiana and picks up live crawfish for us the day before we boil, and he boils them just like locals do down south, just like his Cajun dad taught him. His words: "This ain’t no Yankee boil. I guarantee you won’t get crawfish this authentic anywhere else around here. I’ll also be cooking my southern chicken-sausage gumbo and potato salad."
Boil ticket includes a tray of ~3 lbs of boiled crawfish, corn cob, potatoes, mushrooms, a bowl of homemade gumbo, potato salad, remoulade, Club® crackers and french bread.
