The Memorial Day Service is at Elmwood Cemetery on Saturday, May 29th. The city is requesting volunteers to help place flags at the graves of military personnel and to pick up the flags from the military personnel’s graves on the Thursday before and the Tuesday after Memorial Day.

The volunteer times for flag placement would be Thursday, May 27th at 10AM and 5:30PM, and the volunteer times for flag pick up would be Tuesday, June 1st 10AM and 5:30PM. The time spent during these sessions will be determined by the amount of volunteers that sign up.
