HISTORIC TAX INCENTIVES INFORMATION MEETING
Funding Sources for Historic Building Rehabilitation
Owners of buildings on the National Register Historic Places may qualify for incentives to help substantially rehabilitate their buildings. That includes both buildings that are individually listed, or ones located within a National Register historic district, such the Centralia Commercial Historic District. Owners planning any major rehabilitation projects should not miss the chance to learn how to save money with historic preservation tax incentives.
Income-producing property owners (commercial, office, rental residential, industrial, etc.) may qualify for federal or state income tax credits. Learn about the different application and eligibility procedures for these programs if you are planning on rehabbing your historic building.
