Join us for a four-week leadership program on Thursday mornings, April 12 - May 3, from 8:00am to 10:00am.
Through this four-class curriculum, you will learn:
- How to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Different leadership styles and techniques.
- How to negotiate to maximize your needs.
- Ways to lead your team to success!
This program is for future leaders and current leaders. You may want to hone your leadership skills or send a future supervisor to be more prepared to lead.

The Greater Centralia Chamber of Commerce is partnering with Centralia Business & Professional Women's Club and the Illinois Federation of Business Women's Clubs to provide the Leadership University to our Chamber Members.
Classes are taught by BPW leaders and members. The curriculum is prepared for state and regional trainings and seminars - and we are working together to provide it to you!
